An esteemed Russian general has been fatally wounded following an explosion in Moscow, according to an investigative body.
The attack occurred on Monday morning when an bomb planted beneath a vehicle exploded, causing the death of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov.
Sarvarov was the head of the armed forces' operational training department.
